Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing guidance on suitable cars from our inventory.
  2. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the features and specifications of our car inventory, ensuring you can confidently convey the value of each vehicle to potential buyers.
  3. Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to test drives and finalizing the sale. Explain financing options and warranty programs to meet their needs.
  4. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
  5. Negotiation: Demonstrate effective negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy both the customer and the dealership.
  6. Paperwork and Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transaction for the customer.

 

Candidates need to exceed the below minimum required standards:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive features, specifications, and market trends.
  • Computer literate with good administration and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • A valid SA driver's license.
