Service Manager - MMG UD Trucks Komani
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department to achieve efficient and effective service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for service-related matters.
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer experience and operational performance.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance of service personnel to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor service metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
What you bring
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role, preferably within the commercial vehicle or trucking industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Solid understanding of service management principles, customer service excellence, and operational processes.
