What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate appointments, assist with scheduling, and maintain reception area orderliness. 
  • Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and document handling. 
  • Assist customers with general inquiries and provide excellent service to foster lasting relationships. 
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth internal communication and customer flow.

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
