What You’ll Do:
- Manage the finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with all legal and policy requirements
- Present and sell finance products, insurance policies, and extended warranties to customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet dealership sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure accurate documentation, data entry, and adherence to regulatory standards
- Provide training and support to dealership staff on F&I offerings and processes
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience as an F and I Business Manager in the automotive retail industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, insurance, and credit processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Meet the fit & proper requirements of the FICA and FIAS acts
