F&I Business Manager - MMG Nissan Queenstown
We are looking for an individual to join our team as an F&I Business Manager at MMG Nissan Queenstown. If you are experienced in finance and insurance with Dealership experience, up to date with your CPD hours, experienced in people management and great at analyzing data then this role might be for you.
The duties and responsibilities listed below are not exhaustive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Dealership F&I Business Managers
- Act as F&I relief when required
- Analyze the submission of applications to the banks
- Effectively manage and analyze the processing of finance applications and maximize benefit for the dealer / group and customer.
- Explain and train on offerings and recommending products to meet the needs of the client
- Ensure clients are given advice to make informed decisions as and when necessary
- Effectively manage and resolve escalated client complaints and concerns
- Understanding and complying with statutory regulations
- Actively manage F&I performance including target achievement and market penetration
- Professionally and effectively communicate with various stakeholders including external financial institutions, insurance companies, product suppliers and OEM’s. Preference will be given to candidates with multiple language competency
- Previous management experience managing a team
- Analytical ability relating to data trends resulting in effective reporting of F&I performance
- Demonstrable track record in performance management
- Ability to travel between Dealerships
- Signio experience advantageous
- Soft skills such as conflict management / performance coaching and employee motivation
Required Qualifications:
- FAIS & FICA Accredited
- RE1 and RE5 exam completed
- NCA card
- CPD hours up to date
- NQF Level 4
